A muscular figure is shown from above in a push-up stance. Mixed media on paper builds the body through layered gray washes, dense black passages, and precise crosshatched shading. The stark composition heightens the sense of physical control, effort, and concentration.

Hand drawn, then turned in to a print. 

This print comes in an A4 size and printed on premium textured fine art cardstock (Symphony series).
